If after clicking, nothing happens, you probably have a popup blocker in the Toolbar options menu that is unfortunately preventing new windows from opening. You must temporarily deactivate the pop-up blocker. Most pop-up blockers (Yahoo, MSN, Firefox...) can be deactivated by accessing the Toolbar menu options.
